- To be responsible for all training & development related activities of HR department that includes formulating Annual TDP for the field sales force & Group.
- Prepare yearly Training calendar, budget & manage it round the year.
- Conduct proper TNA and structure it into IDP (Individual Development Plan).
- Monitor & facilitate 'Orientation' sessions and arrange on-the-job training for sales team.
- Coordinate field sales trainers and achieve training plan as per budget.
- Monitor and evaluate all the interventions for effectiveness and align with ROI.
- Analyze training impact and report to HR Manager round the year.
- Conduct sales & management training sessions as per training planning.
- Prepare, revise and update Training Modules.
- Submit monthly, periodical feedback reports to the authority.
- Develop and maintain organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
- To make schedule and conduct meetings with management to discuss about the probable development, training matrix, evaluation system and training materials etc.
- To coordinate the activities of the training wing to ensure that approved TDP is implemented maintaining due qualities, within timeline and approved budget.
- To maintain active communication and liaison with training providing institutions, organizations, resource persons, maintain an updated database of the same.
- To outsource training courses for employees as per the approved TDP based on TNA, and conduct/ arrange training, maintain and update record to this regard.
- To initiate and maintain close coordination and liaison with each and every department and extend due cooperation towards employees in related area of activities and functions.
- Assess deviations and areas for improvement and report to management and individual participants.
- To carry out all other reasonable assignments by authority at times.
Educational Requirements :
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources
- Skills Required: Communication, Content writing, Good presentation skill, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Training need analysis
Experience Requirements :
- 5 to 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Microsoft Excel, Training and Development
