Job Responsibilities :
  • Activities related to General Administration:
  • Perform regular administrative tasks like correspondence with different departments/units, reports and other documents preparation as directed by the supervisor
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness & hygienic working environment at CRP,
  • Organize of services including room, furniture & equipment and ensure proper functioning by arranging regular maintenance of machines, equipment, CRP assets,
  • Maintain utility (electricity, water, gas etc.) bill, prepare tenant's rental bill and ensure the payment
  • Maintain close supervision for CRP Day Care Centre, Canteen for ensuring smooth functioning as required and asked,
  • Provide emergency support during or after office hours as required,
  • Activities related to Event Management:
  • Actively involve with program planning,
  • Maintain a calendar of events and implement a system that enables and anticipates long term planning and effective event management of organization's meetings, conference and events,
  • Seek necessary support from local administration as needed to ensure safety of events and participants,
  • Assist in arranging required logistic support relevant to the program events,
  • Assist in catering services for events,
  • Assist if needed and asked, in procuring event related goods,
  • Activities related to Asset Management:
  • Maintain standard practices of asset, inventory, repairing and maintenance management,
  • Ensure that all fixed assets are numbered, accounted for and fixed assets register is updated,
  • Ensure safety and security of all CRP assets,
  • Maintain compliance with CRP policies and guidelines while handling any assets,
  • Conduct year end/ periodic inventory of capital/non capital assets,
  • Ensure the timely renewals of relevant contracts with CRP by informing the office,
  • Monitor and maintain office documents, files and confidential records related to CRP assets as per the direction of management,
  • Have to maintain liaison with Government Office, and other land and holding tax offices to ensure timely tax, mutation, and rentals as required,
  • Monitor and update property related documents (CS, SA, RS, BS, TAX),
  • Ensure timely obtaining license for different activities of CRP like, hospital license, pathology license, radiology license, etc.
  • Activities related to Transport & Logistics:
  • Maintain proper planning of transport and proper supervision of the drivers
  • Monitor movement of office transport, vehicle maintenance (papers renewal, log book, attendance, vehicle expenses, servicing etc) and renew & update all license/ deed/ agreement/ contract etc. in a timely manner,
  • Render and coordinate necessary support for smooth operations of CRP vehicles,
  • Need to face all the legal work for any accident, trouble involving CRP vehicles,
  • Provide logistic support for meeting, training, workshop; international and local travel and accommodation arrangement as per requirement.
  • Any other duties as assigned by office from time to time.
Educational Requirements :
  • Minimum Masters degree from any recognized university/institution.
  • Additional degree/ training in relevant discipline/area will be preferred.
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 3 year(s)

  • Age 25 to 35 years

  • Must have knowledge in MS Office with good typing speed both in Bangla and English.
