- Ensure completion of labeling the products before dispatching to outlets
- Select spaces for product storage and arrange them in the designated shelves/areas
- Pick and sort the right products and required quantity as per outlet requisition
- Ensure entry of bills and requisitions (packet challan) and other tasks that have been completed
- Ensure following the FIFO-LIFO processes and maintain products aging of incoming and outgoing products
- Package the clay &ceramic products for delivery and handle the fragile & sensitive products with utmost care
- Ensure products are ready as per outlet requisition and pack them carefully and safely
- Ensure delivery of products outside of Dhaka and divisional outlets and take received a signature from the outlet's management
- Maintains the warehouse neat & clean, safety & security, and BRAC values
- Perform any other reasonable work as allocated by the supervisor and senior management
- Perform the physical verification of inventory and perpetual stock counts promptly
Educational Requirements :
- A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- 1- 2 years of relevant work experience (Preferably in-store & Inventory management)
- Any certification in logistics & Warehouse operation will be preferred
- Good knowledge and skills in storage operation and distribution
- Understanding of material handling and inventory management
- Expertise in computer office suits, ERP, LIFO and FIFO system
- Analytical ability along with communication and negotiation skills
