Job Responsibilities :
  • Supervise field coordinators and research assistants and ensure data quality
  • Assist in preparing overall project plan, monitoring plan and field plan
  • Assist in preparing draft budget and maintaining budget based account
  • Ensure documentation of the bills and project activities
  • Assist in conducting training sessions and preparing the logistic plan
  • Ensure coordination with accounts, admin, and HR department for field activities management
  • Ensure completion of data collection and other project activities in accordance with the timeline agreed and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Liaise with government and other stakeholders in research areas
  • Draf contracts related to the project implementation and field activities
Educational Requirements :
  • Master's degree, preferably in social science/ anthropology/ life-science/ public health/ nutrition or related discipline with good academic records
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising health research activities
  • Experience in using MS Office, Excel, and other basic computer skills
  • Good writing and communication skills both in Bengali and English
  • Willing to stay and work in rural areas
