  • We are looking for some reliable candidates to manage/execute planned construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner and also responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects.
  • N:B: Experience of 3-5 years for Assistant Project Engineer, 5-7 years for Deputy Project Engineer and 7-10 years for Project Engineer is required.

Job Responsibilities :
  • Overall Project Management.
  • Ensuring safety & Security of Project.
  • Preparing challenging works program.
  • communication with consultants and head office.
  • Ensuring quality of work.
  • Preparing contractor's bill.
  • Updating stock registrer.
  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance.
  • Review the work progress on a daily basis.
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
  • Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Educational Requirements :
  • Diploma in Civil, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
  • Skills Required: Civil Construction, Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 28 to 50 years

  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
