Job Responsibilities :
  • To participate actively in teaching using innovative pedagogical styles linked with use of marketing and information technology.
  • To take responsibility for the development and delivery of learning, teaching materials, and assessment.
  • To ensure that students have an effective learning experience by providing high quality academic guidance.
  • To undertake professional development in support of teaching and applied research, and if appropriate in support of student welfare and curriculum management.
Educational Requirements :
  • Candidates possessing Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Marketing or related fields must have10 years of teaching experience of which 5 years as an Assistant Professor; or
  • Candidates possessing M.Phil. degree or equivalent degree in Marketing or related fields must have 12 years of teaching experience of which 6 years as an Assistant Professor; or
  • Candidates possessing Master degree or equivalent degree in Marketing or related fields must have 15 years of teaching experience of which 7 years as an Assistant Professor.

  • Number of Publication(s) Needed:
  • Candidates must have 10 publications in approved peer reviewed journals or in the form of book reviewed of which 05 should be during the service as an Assistant Professor.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to work in the rural area.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bengali.
  • IT proficiency.
