Suguna Foods Bangladesh Pvt. Ltd is one of the largest Multinational Companies in Poultry-Industry in Bangladesh. Currently the company is looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to develop and lead the L&D part of the HR department.
• Responsible for driving overall organization development initiatives pertaining to PMS process, Talent engagement and development initiatives, driving performance metrics on Incentives, training initiatives for the organization.
• Support business in establishing key performance metrics in context to business objectives.
• Responsible for collecting, tracking and monitoring employee training feedback for periodic review and take corrective measures.
• Support sales & Marketing and Operations on specific training deliverables.
• Design, Implement and follow-up on learning deliverables based on the training needs in achieving the required training requests and measure the same for effectiveness.
• Responsible for driving the development needs as per training calendar and MIS updating and submit the same to Management on Monthly basis.
Organization Development-
• Drive Talent Identification process by effectively using the Potential evaluation tools in identifying and developing High Potentials (People Managers & Specialists) with support from Corporate.
• Enable people managers across functions in driving performance management process through periodic reviews, reporting and through annual performance development dialogue.
• Provide timely support and guidance on various Organization Development / Organization Restructuring interventions.
• Responsible for driving engagement initiatives (Rewards (non-monetary) and Recognition schemes) for effective engagement and retention through structured internal communication with support from Corporate HR.
• Ensure timely implementation of Career management process in building cross functional capability across business operations.
• Track and report Talent management and performance management MIS on periodic basis to corporate HR.
• Responsible for implementing the career management framework for leadership and specialist role.
Educational Requirements :
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
Training/Trade Course: Train the Trainer,Certification in Coaching,Performance Management Tools
Skills Required: building influential relationships, Creative Thinking and Multitasking, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent operating skills over MS Office, leadership and negotiation, Problem solving and decision making
