- Maintain & monitor overall Administrative strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization to align with business and industry nature
- Need to know about Roster system duty schedule.
- Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Organize and supervise other office activities.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Manage & Process monthly payroll independently and ensure proper reporting.
- Organizing and controlling the operations of a department by providing administrative services.
- Ensuring a company is operating securely and effectively
- Preparing and reviewing operational reports.
- Identify training & development for team members to increase each employee's performance as per KPI.
- Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them.
- Ensure disciplinary action with proper investigation and recommendation from management.
- Performing any other work/responsibility as may be assigned by the management
Educational Requirements :
- MBA/Masters in HRM or related discipline from any reputed Public/Private University
- PGDHRM will be an added advantage.
