Sourcing of new Land for development In a joint venture, visit and procure the land for an apartment/Commercial.
Clear idea which area is better for development.
Provide legal consultation, draft ,advice and support to companies across the Group in respect of both existing and prospective matters, and to identify, contain and manage exposure and contingent risk.
Understanding Client’s requirement in terms of land use, land size and preferred location based on availability of other resources.
Identifying large blocks of lands for the Industrial/Residential Expansion.
Authentication of registered property title documents.
Negotiation and Concluding the Deal.
Talking to intermediaries/ land owners and convincing them to part with lands, obtain land records, gather details of legal heirs and outstanding liabilities, etc.
Negotiation with all Land Owners for the best possible price of the land.
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that identified legal risks are mitigated and appropriate courses of action have been taken.
Proper upkeep of the Land records, purchase agreements and other relevant documents.
Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
Educational Requirements :
Masters degree in any discipline
Skills Required: Land Acquisition, Real Estate Development
Experience Requirements :
At least 10 year(s)

Experience in Land Acquisition, Planning and Development.
Knowledge and existing relationships of/in the local land market.
Knowledge of Housing Laws.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports or legal documents.
Ability to plan, organize, manage, and supervise activities of direct reports.
Understanding of legal descriptions, title and real estate terminology, comprehension of and ability to explain site control agreement provisions.
Demonstrated expertise or familiarity with the full life cycle development of utility scale solar and wind projects a plus.
