- The following Post /Candidate will be appointed by a Garments Factory of Matsuoka Corporation situated in Ishwardi EPZ.
- Job Location-Ishwardi EPZ, Pakshy, Pabna.
- Organize the commercial team and lead them for performing all commercial activities in time.
- Responsible to manage all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/correction, shipment etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail.
- Monitoring over all activities of import & Export Related Issue.
- Prepare & submit Export Permission & Import Permission from BEPZA authorities to Export & Import goods.
- Follow up of Import L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.
- Responsible for renewal of Bond license, Annual audit report from customs authorities.
- Follow up the payment realization & disbursement the funds after getting the payment.
- Follow up with shipping agent for the shipment schedule, approvals & making shipping documents as per LC or S/C requirement.
- Communicate with banks for timely collection of Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC).
- Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import and Export activities and inform management as required.
- Any other job assign time to time by the management.
Educational Requirements :
- Masters degree in any discipline.

- Age at most 40 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Working Experienced person at EPZ Factory is most preferable.
- Strong technical knowledge in Commercial Department.
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a fixed time-frame.
- Ability to communicate with other department & supplier for smooth operations.
- Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
