• The main responsibilities of this position is ensuring accurate receiving and storage of materials including quality, issuance materials, wastage control of materials, supervision and delivering all materials as per requisition of related department for production.
• Working with internal departments and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of all kinds of raw materials.
• Update and establish standard inventory management policy and planning for reviewing the policy time to time.
• Working with software (SAP) for better control, planning and stocktaking the system.
• Maintaining software based racking system with locator.
• Physical verification and reconciliation regularly of all types of store stock and inventory.
• Ensuring all received and delivered materials are properly recorded and documented and released.
• Preparing monthly report according to inventory flow movement and submit to internal audit/proper authority.
• Ensuring co-operation and co-ordination with production, merchandising, commercial, accounts, and transport and store department of sister concerns regarding store related issues.
• Ensuring total logistic support and liaison with higher authority for necessary approval in case of major requirements.
• Working with compliance and admin for social compliance and all certification audit like GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS & Fair Trade etc.
• Preparing monthly report (Daily, Monthly, Half-Yearly & Yearly) according to inventory flow movement and submit to internal audit/proper authority.
• Training and monitoring the department personnel to ensure that the department activities are done on regular basis as per the SOPs.
• Monitoring and controlling a large scale knit dyeing factories (Knitting, Dyeing, Printing, and Elastic Dyeing) and movement of material flow from raw to finish products and dispatch to the garments and central ware house with packing list and quality pass report.
• Handling a finished fabrics/grey fabrics production factory with annual turnover 400-500M USD.
• Handling the complete finished fabrics/grey fabrics storage and import including the in-house transportation (for export & import).
• Leading, guiding and follow-up all other store persons for smooth functioning of store department.
• Any others tasks assigned by the management.

• Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in any subject., Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in any subject, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

• Age 32 to 40 years
