- Responsible for HRM and Administration in Head Office and Factory.
- Formulate and implement HR-related plans, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure legal compliance to applicable human resource laws and regulations.
- Plan, organize, design, and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in all departments in order to judge the performance of company employees.
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
- Prepare Job analysis for vacant positions and post job vacancies at different recruitment platforms.
- Design, plan, and execute recruitment and selection processes through CV screening, interviews, and other tests.
- Reviewing employment applications and conducting background checks.
- Plan, develop and design effective onboarding and orientation programs to welcome newly hired employees.
- Develop and organize effective training programs to upskill new and existing employees.
- Looking after employee welfare & employee relations issues and arranging different employee engagement programs and budgets for it.
- Maintain register book and digital personnel records of every employee absent, late, leave, tour approval, sick, and prepare monthly salary sheet for payroll process.
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Make travel and lodging arrangements for corporate office staff and other visitors.
- Responsible for making and renewal of all licenses, certificates, and agreements required for factory operation and their proper documentation.
- Monitor attendance, compliance, security, and factory administration.
- Maintain safety and security of all company assets including machinery, equipment, furniture, vehicles, etc.
- Manage all delivery fleets and their cost-effective use, route planning, and timely departure and arrival.
- Ensure safe, clean, and comfortable office and factory premises.
Educational Requirements :
- MBA or a Master's degree in Human Resource Management or other related disciplines from any reputed university.
- Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (PGDHRM) will be an added advantage.
- Must be very conversant on Labor Laws, Factories Act, and HR policies.
- Familiar with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
