• Production plan according to sales budget and forecast to available the products in all outlet on time.
• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
• Develop new product idea according to market demand and gap to compete in the ever changing market situation.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge about the business and its development practices and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
• Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis for developing and updating database on crop acreage, market size, market share and strength of the companies are working in each territory.
• Develop promotional ideas and material.
• Branding and positioning of strategic products for easy penetration in agro market and ensuring sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with the sales function.

• Bachelor from any reputed university (Preferably in Marketing or Agribusiness Management) MBA is a Plus.

• At least 5-6 Years in Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Marketing Research, Event Activation, Agency.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro, FMCG, NGOs
• Proficiency in both English and Bengali
• Advanced Office Suit.
• Possess the ability to manage multiple demands and responsibilities by effectively scheduling and prioritizing
