The role of this position requires to lead the Knit Garments Production and ensure Best Quality Output. It implies to bring sustainable efficiency through identification and elimination of bottlenecks and to ensure optimum utilization of man and machine. The position will also foster and support a continuous improvement and service excellence with a key focus on developing the right mind-set, skills and capabilities of the teams. R.B. Knitwears Ltd. seeks a talented and aspiring candidate who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to the efforts to reach the organization`s goal.
- To collaborate with the merchandising department.
- To monitor and control all production processes in the cutting-sewing-finishing section.
- To monitor production target every hour of a day.
- Report production head about hourly, daily & total production status according to order and style.
- To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work, and keep connection with the respective department.
- To check to lay out a plan in order to achieve maximum production.
- To keep close eyes for achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule.
- To inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.
- If failure to achieve production target without logical reason so to want explanation from In-charge/ Line-chief and take necessary action immediately.
- To keep the responsible area neat, clean, and in hygienic condition.
- To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training program.
- To follow the principle of cost-minimizing.
- Ensure the good quality of the products.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Graduation from any reputed university / Tertiary Degree on modern inventory management system.

- Age 35 to 40 years

- Should be energetic, dynamic and have strong leadership capability.
- Must be comfortable and conversant with compliance rules and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory.
- Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Well conversant in MS-Office.
