Ensure all the required test to ensure identity, purity, potency and composition and to ensure that products are not contaminated or adulterated.
Responsible for monitoring and programming critical control points (CCP).
Responsible for ensuring and product food safety and safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsible for performing sanitation verification.
Responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentation.
Ensure supplier approval and evaluation.
Ensures the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing.
Ensured employees are following all Food Safety and worker safety practices.
Ensures and educates employees of food safety and SQF standards.
Responsible to issue disciplinary action when directed.
Investigation of consumer complaints.
Evaluation of new vendors/materials.
Internal audits to verify compliance to regulations.
Maintaining relationships with vendors and regulatory agencies.
Working with the production department to develop productivity and product quality.
Manage occupational safety, health and environment inside the total plant as a member of the safety committee and help to improve unsafe act or condition by following the safety manual.
Overall supervision of QC and production department.
Strictly adhere to occupational safety system.
Ensure proper documentation.
Documentation work (GFSI, ISO, HACCP, GMP and BSTI).
To carry out any other assignment given by the company or immediate superior.
Educational Requirements :
Diploma in Food Technology /Food Engineering.
B.Sc in Food Technology/Food Engineering will be given preference.
Experience Requirements :
3 to 5 year(s)

Age at most 35 years
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Biscuit, Candy & Chocolate Manufacturing Company (FMCG)
Sound knowledge on GFSI, ISO, HACCP and GMP.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong computer skill (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, e-mail, Internet, etc)
