Responsible and accountable for the overall business portfolios and supervision of the branch office.
Oversee all operation and service aspects of the branch, i.e. product promotion, client service, branch administration etc.
Maintain branch service standard and strive to improve it.
Ensure all business transactions are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Proper distribution of work among branch employees through well-defined tasks and responsibilities and ensure that right people are placed in the right positions.
Liaison with Head Office for time to time updated status of work progress.
Achieve business budget-assets, liabilities and other targets of the branch as set by Head Office.
Finding new customers for business development and ensuring maximum customer service.
Maintain all register of the branch office i.e. cashbook, fixed assets, inventory, visitor complaints etc.
Policy Document issue and distribution as per company's rule.
Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
Controlling branch expenses and petty cash positions.
Any other task as and when assigned by management.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor Degree preferably business studies in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Minimum 05 (Five) years' working experience in leading Non-Life Insurance out of which 2 years as Branch In-charge.
Prior to joining the job, must submit the clearance of the previous organization.
Incumbent needs to be an all-rounder-excellent relationship management skills, Team Management, sound knowledge base in General Insurance business.
