Job Responsibilities :
  • Ensure business profitability and compliance at branch level
  • Meet earning targets and business acquisition targets
  • Manage and oversee Trade, Settlement, Operations, HR, Admin, Finance
  • functions for the specific branch
  • Ensure client retention and best customer-service at all times
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and all company policies
  • Present market insights and appropriate analysis to clients and the management
  • Coordinate trade orders (Buy and sale) for customers and advise them on market/stock trends over phone or face to face meetings
Educational Requirements :
  • Graduation or Master Degree in Finance/Accounting/Marketing or relevant discipline.
  • Part-qualified CFA or relevant professionals are encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements :
  • 8 to 12 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
  • The Applicant should have experience in Capital Market
  • Should have Updated AR certificate
  • Capable of acquiring and managing large customer portfolios
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Possess in-depth knowledge about stock market, trading process and all systems and procedures relating to stock trading
  • Committed to maintain compliance of all applicable laws and company policies.
