Job Responsibilities :
  • To achieve the Business sales target and FA recruitment target.
  • Quality FA recruitment and grooming them with proper training and mentoring.
  • Ensure FAs training for clients need based product selection.
  • Motivate team members to maintain a high-performance sales force functions.
  • One-on-one weekly meeting with FA to review performance, progress and targets.
  • Developing new customer base through appropriate propositions and standard sales approaches.
  • Preparing reports as required for Sales Manager and company.
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
  • 3 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 30 to 50 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Sales & Training experience with proven leadership ability in reputed companies.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills will get preference. Working knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing platform.
