As the lead Planner, will be responsible to execute strategic planning activities for all PGS Bangladesh sourcing at vendors across a broad spectrum of Apparel products supporting our seasonal buying calendar
Will be responsible to assess capacity needs and mitigate risk to minimise delays
Build a strong Capacity Planning Function across PGS and across its supply chain
Develop the master Production Schedule (MPS)
Look at methods of continual improvement to increase capacity while reduce lead times across the supply chain
Drive and execute PGS Vision and Objectives for PGS to implement fact-based capacity planning
Analyze vendors current capacity methods and constraints
Prepare vendor capacity reports and work with management on required adjustments
Vendor capacity monitoring to ensure demand and supply are met on time
Organize, plan, and deliver training on the benefits of capacity planning through our supply chain, including sourcing teams and vendors.
Lead the Country Capacity analysis and release the planned dates to the vendor
Identify improvement opportunities with quantifiable business benefits to increase capacity
Analyze data, reports, and process to improve the productivity and profitability of the operations through initiation and implementation of projects that optimize factory capacity capabilities
2. Engage and cultivate Capacity Planning through Best Methods
Collaborate and drive benchmarking and best practices at all PGS suppliers
Drive fact-based capacity planning, lead projects of change for the better
3. Leadership -Coaching
Manage conflict across levels of organizations and the ability to effectively lead cross functional process improvement teams while mentoring/advising management on the formulation and implementation of the process improvement plans.
Coach and mentor process owners and leaders on how to be accountable for sustainable results.
Prepared to challenge the Status Quo
Collaborator and the ability to work independently

Educational Requirements :
Master of Science (MSc) in IPE
Degree/Diploma in Management
Project Management
Skills Required: Leadership and Good Communication skill., Strong analytical ability
Experience Requirements :
At least 6 year(s)
