Job Responsibilities :
  • Formulating operational policies for the securities house
  • To act in good faith and in the interest of the company as well as to take responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all finance and accounts activities of the company including business planning.
  • To review and report on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of the financial and other information that is provided for management.
  • To maintain liaison with Stakeholders, regulatory authorities and prominent customers.
  • To collect new client for the Securities House and maintain good relation with all the client of the company.
  • To promote and maintain adequate quality standards, establish methods or evaluating the work of his staff to ensure that the internal audit unit fulfills its responsibilities.
  • To establish a close relationship of trust with the Managing Director reporting the key developments and the overall objectives and strategies to implement the personnel policy and other administrative matters of the company to him in a timely manner and seeking advice and support as appropriate.
  • Managing the marketing channels force, market research, developing and opening new branches, marketing communications, public relations and customer service.
  • Maintaining and complying the relevant rules and regulations as per the BSEC/DSE as a Compliance authority.
  • To make sure that "there is no irregular transaction in the house".
  • To carryout recruitment and selection of required workers, staffs and officers keeping in view the company's objective, policy and practice.
  • To plan arrange and monitor training and development programs for the workers, staffs and officers of the company.
  • Any other assigned job required by the management.
  • Formulating goals and setting deadlines for them
  • Formulating rules and regulations in the securities house regarding financial transactions and other important functions
  • Coordinating the resources in the securities house in order to attain the formulated goals
  • Interacting with shareholders and releasing company reports
  • Ensuring that all the financial data of the company is updated and accurate
  • Monitor the functioning of various departments of the house and ensuring
Educational Requirements :
  • Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Business Management (MBM)
  • Candidates having CA/ACCA/CMA/CS/CFA Qualified and Post Graduate Diploma in Capital Market will given preference.
  • Preferred Professional Certification: Authorized Representative
  • Skills Required: Share Market
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 12 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brokerage House, Securities House, Share Market, Trading of Share
Additional Requirements :
  • Age at most 45 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
