The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will act as the main point of communication with the Board of Directors of International Holdings Limited (owning company of Australian International School, Dhaka).
Support operations and administration of the Board;
Convene Board meetings in consultation with the Chairman/MD of the company;
Ensure AGM of the company;
Keep the Board aware of the company's performance;
Meets regularly and as required with the Chair of the Board and other Board members to ensure they are provided with all information in a timely manner;
Ensure that the company complies with its Memorandum and Articles of Association and drafting and incorporating amendments in accordance with correct procedures;
Formulates policies and planning recommendations to the Board;
Oversees operations of the organization;
Other tasks as assigned by the Board;
Educational Requirements :
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
MBA from renowned university or abroad
Experience Requirements :
At least 10 year(s)
