Job Responsibilities :
  • Overall Management of the Brokerage House Business
  • Design and Implement Effective Business Plan for achieving business target, goals and objectives
  • Formulating operational policies for the company
  • Collect new clients for the Securities house and maintain good relation with all the clients of the company.
  • Take responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all business activities of the company.
  • To review and report on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of the financial and other information that is provided for management.
  • To maintain liaison with Stakeholders, regulatory authorities and prominent clients.
  • Market research, developing and opening new branches, marketing communications, public relations and customer service.
  • Maintaining and complying the relevant rules and regulations as per the BSEC/DSE as a Superior Compliance authority.
  • Carryout recruitment and selection of required workers, staffs and officers keeping in view the company's objective, policy and practice.
  • Any other assigned job required by the management.
  • Formulating rules and regulations in the securities house regarding financial transactions and other important functions
  • Monitor the functioning of various departments of the house and ensuring
Educational Requirements :
  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Candidates having CFA and Post Graduate Diploma in Capital Market will be considered as an added advantage.
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Investment/Merchant Banking
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 35 to 60 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
