As an important member of the senior Management panel who will report to CEO.
Overall planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related issues of the company.
It will include specific responsibility for accounting, finance, costing, strategic planning, contract analysis and negotiations, investment, all VAT taxation and treasury functions.
Applicant must be capable of maintaining and handling the entire accounts & finance of the company including banking functions.
Sound knowledge of core Risk of financial institutions e.g. Credit Risk, Asset liabilities manage Risk, ICC Risk and ICT Risk etc.
Well conversant with bank companies Act, Financial institutions Act and related Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
Assist in formulating company's future financial plan and supporting financial activities.
Manage the fund requested budgeting process.
Prepared quarterly & annual financial report and submitting to the board of directors.
Develop internal control policies and effective accounting system & policies.
Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Providing necessary document to meeting the requirements of auditors and other regulatory authority.
Control and report on total banking activities of the company to management.
Have to perform as chief Anti money laundering and complainants officer. (CAMLCO)
Carry out any other task assigned from time to time by the management.
Educational Requirements :
M.Com / MBA in Accounting & Finance and must will be FCA certified parson.
Experience Requirements :
At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Age at least 40 years
The applicant must have working experience of more than 10 years in any reputed Company out of which at least 5 years experience in similar position, preferably in life insurance.
Strong interpersonal skill, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
Fluent in writing & speaking in English.
Well conversant with computer knowledge (MS Office & Internet).
