- This position for a real-estate company. Candidate must have in depth knowledge about Bangladesh real- estate market.
- To build a team.
- To run the organization under the supervision of Managing Director and Board in all aspects of businesses like Construction / production, finance, marketing, admin, supply chain, IT, company secretarial work etc.
- To prepare budget and set yearly target for the company and make it approved by the Board and achieve the budget within time frame and monthly and quarterly assessment of the same.
- To ensure arrangement of fund from Banks and other sources to manage working capital smoothly and plan to reduce the cost of fund with the help of finance team.
- To ensure the achievement of sales target of the company with the help of marketing team and make effective plan for marketing and selling of goods in all over the Bangladesh.
- To ensure up to date different licenses of the company with different regulatory authorities.
- Keeping track new market innovation, new products, company competitiveness with the market and world.
- To ensure the procurement of competitive raw materials (high quality with low price) from different sources.
- Facing the Board with all required information for their decision making and implementation of the decision.
- Maintain confidentially of the production process, documentation, marketing plan, product sources etc.
- Making good liaison with the different regulatory authorities.
- Develop profitable and sustainable projects.
Educational Requirements :
- Graduation in any discipline with good academic track record. Preferably B.Sc in Civil Engineering.

- Age 35 to 40 years
- At least 10 year(s) Experience in real-estate sector in reputable Company.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Gentle and pleasant personality.
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bangla.
- Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS office (specially advance excel).
- Should have very good interpersonal skills.
