Home Park Flat Owners` Association is inviting application for urgent recruitment of energetic & hardworking owner`s Civil Engineer (one)for its under construction multistoried Residential Building Project located at Kallyanpur, Dhaka.
Residential Building Project related all Design & Drawing Data review and checking; assist in approval of Design & Drawing; ensure implementation of construction work as per approved drawing & design; checking and recommendation of contractors/ any third party invoice for payment; Selection and procurement of materials of goods & services; Supervision and Monitoring of construction work commensurate with the drawing & design; ensure quality and quantity of works performed; maintain liason with the owners' and consultant; Reporting; preparation of BOQ and schedule of work including plan for day-to-day works and other related works as deemed necessary but not limited to.
Educational Requirements :
B.Sc in Civil Engineering from a reputed Govt. approved university having at least 8(eight) years field experience in civil construction and related works as Project Engineer/Project Manager. The incumbent shall have the experience for construction of at least 12 (twelve) storied and 2 (two) basement construction & implementation of Residential Building.
Or
Diploma in civil engineering from a reputed Govt. owned Polytechnic Institute having at least 14 (fourteen) years field experience in civil construction and related work out of which 8 years as Deputy Project Engineer/Deputy Project Manager and 6(six) years as Project Engineer/Project Manager.The incumbent shall have the experience for construction of at least 12 (twelve) storied and 2 (two) basement construction & implementation of Residential Building.

Additional Requirements :
The age of the incumbent shall have to be less than 45 (forty five) years but age limit can be relaxed in case of outstanding candidates.
Preference:
The incumbent who have experience in satisfactory completion of 2(two) constructed residential Building of 14(fourteen) storied and 2(two) basement above shall be preferred for recruitment.
Skills:
Proficiency in English & Bengali reading, writing and speaking with knowledge of formal correspondence both in English and Bengali language. Strong analytical skills; Ability to work under time line and pressure with courage; Proficiency in Computer literacy ( MS Word, Excel, Auto-CAD, ETABS & SAFE etc.); etc.
Compensation & Other Benefits :
One annual festival bonus equivalent to one month basic salary; annual increment @5% on basic salary; 15days leave pay and others as per norms of the Association. However for the outstanding candidates the salary package may be fixed through negotiation.
