A leading Textile Company that intends to recruit “Commercial Executive” for its Corporate Head Office.
- All co-responding with suppliers for in time shipment, offer, PI etc.
- Corresponding with C & F in all port regarding Import and Exports issues with Import and Exports documents prepare.
- Monitoring delivery from port as per factory urgency.
- Negotiation with buyers for commercials issues like L/C clause, VAT, payment, acceptance, etc.
- Custom Audit, Cash Incentive.
- Candidate must have the practical experience for U.D BGMEA Knit & Woven.
- Monitoring the everyday fund in various lien banks and synchronizing fund for payment of cash LC and term loan.
- Local bills checking as per L/C and confirm release docs.
- Must be good in communication with Buyer and merchandising team
- Must have the update on recent change in export procedure introduced by central bank and NBR.
- Must have good knowledge on LC clause, Incoterm and foreign exchange policy
- Must have very good knowledge in MS Office.
- Candidate must have the practical experience for preparing Invoice, Packing List, CO/GSP and must have the experience of BL draft submission and have the capability to work in the system of buyer, shipping line and on 3rd party software provider.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
