Reverend Abdul Wadud Memorial Hospital (RAWMH) is a 100-bed general hospital situated in Tilok, Rupsha, Khulna. The hospital offers a wide range of healthcare facilities through Eye, Mother & Child, Dental, ENT, Orthopedic and General units. We are looking for a qualified and experienced candidate for the “Councilor” position of this hospital.
Inform and guide patients regarding surgical procedures of the hospital;
Prepare surgery schedule for both walk-in and camp patients consulting with hospital Consultants and notify the patient about the surgery date;
Keep record of Surgeries done vs. Surgeries advised by the Consultants;
Provide necessary information to patient’s queries regarding hospital Bed/Cabin/VIP Cabin;
Assist surgery patients for any investigations/diagnosis and pathological tests as suggested by the doctors;
Provide awareness about eye-care;
Provide information regarding existing facilities or any other extra facilities of the hospital;
Carry out necessary works for patient admission;
Place order to OT for required Lens;
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly surgery report for analysis;
Do necessary telephonic conversation and keep record/report for the same;
Monitor cabin nurses’ services for OT patients;
Any other jobs as assigned by the higher authority.
Educational Requirements :
Graduate/Diploma in Nursing
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
Age at most 35 years
Age limit will be relaxed for experienced candidates
Priority will be given to the candidates who have at least 2 years practical working experience as a councilor in a recognized organization/hospital
Preference will be given to the candidates having functional experience in MS Word, Excel, Software, Internet browsing and report making
Compensation & Other Benefits :
After being permanent upon successful completion of probation period (six months), other benefits will be provided as per the organizational policy i.e. provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil) etc.
