Job Responsibilities :
  • Greeting with clients in person and over the phone.
  • Creating and Managing students, maintaining visitors Databases, and regular follow-up with them.
  • Advice and guide students regarding study options, requirements, visa processing, and enrolment.
  • Communicate with foreign universities/colleges on behalf of the company.
  • Students Counseling.
  • Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
  • Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online, SMS and Facebook advertisements.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
Educational Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor, English Medium students will get preference.
  • English Requirements: IELTS: 6.5 (minimum preferable) Or Good Communication Skill in English.
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • 2 years' Experience in Education Consultancy , Less experience in the relevant field may also be considered.
  • Must have good command over English language and Computer skill, use of MS Word, Excel, English Typing, email, internet researching etc.
  • Candidates need to be smart, well dressed, organized, energetic, presentable and well mannered.
