CISD seeks a curriculum specialist for a brand-new school in Dhaka, Bangladesh. CISD will be a Cambridge curriculum school holding students up through Grade 3 for the first year and then upgraded yearly as per the standard affiliation process. If you don’t fill all of the qualifications, you may still be considered depending on your level of experience.
Develop testing tools to measure and assess effectiveness of the curriculum and learner performance, integrating results into new and existing course curriculum.
Develop and distribute improved learning materials to every PG to Class 3 classroom.
Train teachers and administrators to provide more effective instruction.
Maintain timely and appropriate communication with Teachers
Include and check all necessary Information sheets, lesson plans, worksheets, that Teacher would need to teach each lesson in his or her class
Designs and implements annual program plan to include training goals and objectives, plan to meet individual staff needs, curriculum framework that encompasses the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children.
Educational Requirements :
Post graduate/Master’s degree in relevant subject is requires from a recognized university.
B.Ed/M.Ed will be given preference
Professional certificate on relevant area will be added advantage.
Experience Requirements :
At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
5 years of experience in either in- or pre-service teacher training, in developing curricular materials for either early grade reading or mathematics, with a portfolio of completed assignments.
Significant leadership experience in education, with a deep understanding of best practices, innovative pedagogy and challenging academic programs.
Knowledge of Cambridge affiliation and other international curriculums for Early years.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills with strategic thinker.
Have a strong recognition of learning, achievement and leadership.
Have extensive experience in curriculum developments, programming of study, and assessment methods and be innovative and creative in applying them in practice.
Planning after school programs and develop curriculum as per need
Experienced in Online class functioning and designing online curriculum
