Discovery Internet looking for smart, energetic and progressive candidates for the position of “Customer Service Executive”.
- Maintain and configure Customers various Wi-Fi routers.
- Handle all incoming & outbound calls at daily basis effectively.
- Perform tasks of Customer Management, Communicate with Customers and creating
- new customers.
- Identify customer needs, understand diverse customer psychology & cater their service accordingly.
- Drive & ensure implementation of Customer care development plan.
- Maintain inventory & co-ordinate with the supply-chain team.
- Maintain and configure Customers various Wi-Fi routers.
- Remotely Support, diagnosing and troubleshooting networking devices.
Educational Requirements :
- Diploma in Computer, Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Computer Networks, Customer Support
Experience Requirements :
- 1 to 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP, IT Enabled Service
