- A shariah based Islamic bank is looking for a dynamic individual for Recovery & Monitoring Department.
- Job Location-Dhaka
- Responsible for recovery of delinquent accounts.
- Liasoning with advocates and solicitors on issues pertaining to recovery besides dealing with all other legal issues concerning the Bank.
- Direct and coordinate credit, fraud investigations, and delinquent account collections
- Audit non-collectable delinquent accounts to ensure maximum efforts taken before assigning bad-debt status to account
- To manage and control all matters relating to Recovery Division.
- Review collection reports to ascertain status of collections and balances outstanding and to evaluate effectiveness of current collection policies and procedures
- Asset Classification and Provisioning and recovery of Banks dues.
- He / she will also be responsible for interacting with the statutory and regulatory authorities on recovery and liasoning matters.
- Any other tasks as and when required by the Management.
Educational Requirements :
- MBA/MBM/Masters from any reputed University, with no third class/division in academic career.
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- Age 40 to 50 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Legal, Negotiation
- Relevant experience in reputed Commercial Bank(s) with 5-7 year’s experience in recovery department.
