Powerpac Engineering Co. in a sister concern of Mallik Enterprise which established for manufacturing of distribution and power transformer with foreign technical collaboration.
- To sales & Service of Generator, Substation, Transformer.
- Leads the Corporate sales.
- Responsible for the Area's forecasting and sales tracking.
- Confirming to the sales administration procedures.
- Developing a strong and motivated sales team and good trade relationships.
- Coordinate with sales planning and organization design, including sales quotas, targets, and sales territories
- Make recommendations based on trends/analyses, market conditions, company direction/KPIs, etc.
- Use customer data and automation tools to provide recommendations on target markets for sales initiatives
- Support strategic initiatives by providing & maintaining system implementation, business monitoring and ensuring alignment.
- Communicate plans, achievement against plan, goals etc. to sales management and team members.
- Identify sales training needs and partner with subject matter authorities and the Sales Director to provide training to the sales team, as well as onboarding for new sales associates
- Lead the administration of sales compensation and participate/lead sales compensation analyses/updates.
- Build rich and insightful reports, as well as dashboards that measure critical metrics.
- Monitoring after sales service team accordingly.
- Perform any other jobs assigned by supervisor.
Educational Requirements :
- MBA Major in Marketing or B.Sc in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Institution.
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- At least 5-10 year(s) in relevant field is mandatory.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft suite
