- Preparation, analysis, and interpretation of the financial statement of the company.
- Keeping liaison with bankers and communicating from time to time on project update
- Negotiate with financial institutions for the best rates and services
- Prepare any financial reports for banks and or financial institutions
- Sourcing funds from local/foreign lenders
- Budget preparation, fund allocation, execution, and keeping budgetary control.
- Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs. Lead and manage the support staff to ensure regular accounting works.
- Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS, etc.
- Maintain book of accounts as required by income tax, Vat rules, and company act.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
