• Having excellent skill on serving notice to the defaulted borrowers, termination of defaulted accounts, filling in the respective Courts.
• Conducting the cases for quick disposal, assisting Lawyers in conducting Court cases and relevant legal matters and maintaining communications with the Court officials.
• Assisting and coordinating with the company's panel Lawyers for legal issues.
• Obtaining legal opinion from panel Lawyers on different legal issues and assisting them for taking Legal action..
• Preparing quarterly /half yearly/yearly against defaulted borrower's case report.
• Taking necessary steps for auction and summon publications in the newspaper.
• Taking necessary steps for complying vehicle recovery process.
• Ensuring proper legal action in applicable cases against the defaulted clients.
• Ensuring collection of loan installments from the clients in due time.
• Executing arrest warrants issued by the Court against defaulter clients as when required.
• Cross checking the Borrower's account with the F&A department and preparing settlement memo with relevant documents.
• Checking, verifying and complying the proposed and re-scheduled mortgage document (Land/Flat/Building).
• Verifying the authenticity of proper documents in different land office and Tohshil office and collecting required documents from respective sub-registry office.
• Preparing case status and case activities report & communication the same with the Management.
• Proven track record for repossess of Lease assets and sound knowledge on Negotiable Instrument Act (NI Act) and Artha Rin Adalat and any other Court of Bangladesh.
• Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.

• MBA/ LLM/ M Com. with LLB from any reputed University.
• BAR Council Certificate is preferable.

• Age 35 to 45 years
• At least 08 years of experience, minimum 3-5 years working experience in Legal / Recovery department of Bank/NBFI.
• Should have adequate knowledge on computer system.
• Planning, complex problem resolution skills and analytical ability.
• Capable of multitasking with strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management as well as customers.
• Dedicated, and hardworking with team spirit and a person of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent multidisciplinary knowledge.
