Making plan for developing real estate business and achieving short and long term goal in apartment business.
Maintaining liaison with RAJUK & other related department for timely plan approval.
Able to make sure about all the above matters must have to be done A-Z in Logistics department under his dynamic leadership.
Responsible for Rajuk, DPDC, DESCO, WASA related all works.
Ability to work and deliver under pressure, Bangla and english typing Skills is must, Case Management, Drafting various types of letters, Land and Legal, Land Law, Land Survey etc.
Update of land documents as per company policy
Drafting all kinds of Deed (legal) documents.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor / Master's in any field from any recognized university /reputed institution.
