- Purchase:
- To plan prepare and update vendors/suppliers list of Raw Material and other inventories required as per budget.
- To collect quotations at least three suppliers/vendors for purchase of Raw, Packaging and promotional and other materials and obtain management approval.
- To obtain prior clearance from Quality Assurance Department for all Factory inventories and Marketing Department for all promotional materials before issuing purchase order.
- To identify and outsource all major suppliers of inventories required to run, the production at Factory with competitive prices both local and foreign.
- To maintain ideal ratio of inventor for major production and other levels of inventories based on budget and market demand.
- To open L/Cs with bank and follow-up with suppliers for timely shipment of materials to run the production smoothly.
- To arrange timely clearance of products from customs and communicate with C & F agents and Factory.
- To prepare and issue purchase order in ERP system both local and foreign with management approval.
- Regulatory Affairs:
- To prepare and submit recipe for registration of products at Drugs Administration.
- To prepare and send quarterly status of registration of products within 1st week of the following month.
- To obtain approval of price for all products from Drug regulatory authorities.
- To obtain prior approval of Block list/NOC for all imports and clearance permission from Drug regulatory authorities.
- To deal with all matters relating to Drug regulatory compliance and report to the management every month.
- To ensure renewal of all other licenses and permits of the country on time and maintain the register properly.
- To maintain strong relationship with DGDA, DLS and other Govt offices.
- Should have basic concept about Foreign Trade regulations, Import policy, Drug Act, and other commercial norms.
- To perform any other job assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
Educational Requirements :
- M.Pharm. from a reputed university with at least 10 years experiences in purchase and regulatory department in any reputed pharmaceutical company.
- Should have good command in English and capable of making independent correspondences both home and abroad.
- Should be able to work as team members with management team.
