- Establish and maintain the Quality Management System in the whole process of woven garments.
- Promoting quality achievements and performance improvements throughout the organization.
- Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to ensure the company's quality management system.
- Effectively interact and communicate with production and development teams.
- Set-up and maintain controls and documentation procedures.
- Liaise with Customers' Auditors, ensure the execution of corrective actions and comply with customers' specifications.
- Maintain technical and management system reports and follow-ups.
- Assess the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and compare them with customer requirements.
- Create an atmosphere for all employees to feel involved in the Quality Management System & for everyone to think about Quality improvement.
- Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies procedures, and systems pertaining to QA/QC.
- Supervise technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.
- Keep records of all of the Quality reports, statistical reviews & relevant documentation.
- Keep a record of all corrective & preventive actions to have all facts when evaluating the result.
- Identify relevant quality-related training needs and arrange training accordingly.
- Handle buyers' QA during their final inspections and during floor visits.
- Lead safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC.
- Ensure cost reduction by avoiding all kinds of wastage.
Educational Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- B.Sc. in textile engineering is preferable.
