Minimum Masters. No third division/class will be considered.
Experience Requirements :
At least 20 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Age at most 55 years
Minimum 20 years of experience in any reputed commercial bank or financial institution.
Must have strong knowledge in Branch Management, Banking Operations, Business Development with leadership capability to manage and motivate employees.
Strong knowledge in Credit Risk Analysis and Management of Core Risks.
IT Savvy with MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations of regulatory bodies.
Written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bangla.
