Maintain & monitor overall HR & Administrative strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization to align with business and industry nature Conduct day-to-day general administrative work that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment and visit to the field on a regular basis.
Ensure compliance, labor laws, and regulations are followed in organizational practice, process and turn to make a culture
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Manage & Process monthly payroll independently and ensure proper reporting. Organizing and controlling the operations of a department by providing administrative services
Preparing and reviewing operational reports.
Identify training & development for team members to increase each employee's performance as per KPI.
Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them.
Ensure disciplinary action with proper investigation and recommendation from management.
Performing any other work/responsibility as may be assigned by the management.
Prepare SOP for particular department and ensure implementation of it.
Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc.
Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
Educational Requirements :
MBA/Masters in HRM or related discipline from any reputed Public/Private University.
PGDHRM will be an added advantage.
