- Monitor, Supervise & Control overall Compliance.
- Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of Compliance.
- Preparing the different complying issues with the COC of the different buyer with a view to face different compliance audits (Social, Technical, Security & QMS) etc.
- Coordinate with top management and shoulder responsibilities.
- Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
- Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
- To ensure over all Factory safety system.
- To coordinate Compliance, HR, Admin and Production department during compliance audit.
- Monitor & Supervise employee development & training.
- Monitor & Supervise policy development & documentation.
- Must be well conversant with Sprinkler, Fire Hydrant, Auto Detection.
- Lead a team of compliance personnel in regularly inspecting multiple factory premises and proactively identifying all compliance lapses and taking measures for their rectification.
- Correspond with buyers and various compliance monitoring agencies as needed.
- Handling all types of Social/ Environment/ Technical/ Fire & Safety/ Chemical Safety/ Building & Electrical Safety/ BSCI/SEDEX/RAP/OCS/RCS/GOTS and others certifications Audits.
- Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted.
- Interact with factory floor personnel to prepare them for compliance audits and make them aware on maintaining better compliance standards.
Educational Requirements :
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Communication, Computer Operator
Experience Requirements :
- At least 10 year(s)

- Should have analytical ability and superior capacity in correspondence.

- Knowledge of Buyers' Compliance and Certification.
- Experience of 5000-6000 worker's factory handling(Sweater Factory).
