Direct & Control overall HR & Marketing Department.
Have to work on total office administration.
Ensure the Training and Development Program are appropriate to retain staff and to enhance their knowledge and skills and health and safety programs.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives;
Manpower planning and handling entire recruitment procedure, job advertisement, review, screening of application and finalizing the process of appointment.
Effective liaison with local Govt & law enforcement Authorities, and others as and when required.
Provide the information to the management for developing a strategic approach on Human Resource Development/Administration and ensure the effective implementation of operational plan.
Advice, guide and support the Executive Team in adopting best HR Practice across the Organization;
Providing regular feedback to Reporting Authority about current situation/status.
Liaison or regular coordination to Admin section if required.
Sound Knowledge in Computer and Internet; as well as in English speaking, listening and writing
Strong capability of Team Building & Team Management
Execute marketing and sales related activitie.
Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution.
Should have a positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
