Job Responsibilities :
  • Direct & Control overall HR, Administration and Compliance.
  • Ensure the Training and Development Program are appropriate to retain staff and to enhance their knowledge and skills and health and safety programs.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives;
  • Manpower planning and handling entire recruitment procedure, job advertisement, review, screening of application and finalizing the process of appointment.
  • Effective liaison with local Govt & law enforcement. Authorities, and others as and when required.
  • Provide the information to the management for developing a strategic approach on Human Resource Development/ Administration and ensure the effective implementation of operational plan.
  • Advice, guide and support the Executive Team in adopting best HR Practice across the Organization;
  • Providing regular feedback to Reporting Authority about current situation/security status.
  • Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management;
Educational Requirements :
  • MBA in HRM or Masters in any discipline.
  • Post Graduation in HRM will be preferable.
  • LLB specially sound knowledge on up dated Labour law will be preferable.
Experience Requirements :
  • 12 to 15 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 38 to 45 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Minimum 6-7 years working experience as DGM in any reputed Industry (Jute) Mills in Bangladesh will be preferable.
  • The applicants must have sound knowledge on Industrial security Act in the Bangladesh Labor Law.
  • The applicants should have experience in Corporate office and Factory HR & Administration.
  • The applicants should have working experience in large industry (Jute/Textile).
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management & in-house training.
  • Strong communication skills in English both in written and verbal
  • Must have the ability to handle independently.
  • Must have experience dealing with law enforcing agency.
  • He must have thorough knowledge of labor law/ labor rules/ code of conduct.
  • Sound knowledge computer such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, HR Software and ERP.
