Job Responsibilities :
  • Maintaining relationship with corporate and various organizations regarding job placement and internship of students.
  • Conducting Professional Life Skills Development Program
  • Organizing Mock Interview and Presentation Test
  • Organizing & Conducting Workshop, Seminar and grooming session for Career Development
  • Organizing Seminar on Higher Study in Abroad
  • Arranging talent Hunt or Recruitment Program
  • Arranging MoU with industries and foreign Universities
  • Involving recruitment process of US-Bangla group as per requirement
  • Arranging Inter Department Quiz Competition
  • Arranging Job Fair
  • Publishing circular (Online/Offline) and maintaining communication with the candidates regularly.
  • Conducting counselling session (career planning, CV preparation etc.) on regular basis.
  • Managing social media network to ensure students interaction with Center for Career Development (CCD) and to publicize career opportunities.
  • Publishing and maintaining employment success status and alumni database.
Educational Requirements :
  • Minimum Master’s degree from a recognized university. No 3rd division/class at any level
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 6 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • For Director Minimum 12 years of experiences in relevant fields
  • For Deputy Director Minimum 08 years of experiences in relevant fields
  • For Assistant Director Minimum 06 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Experience in Private University will be preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English
  • Must be self-motivated, dynamic, energetic and work under pressure.
  • Having good moral values.
Compensation & Other Benefits :
