  • We are currently recruiting an IELTS Expert to be designated as the IELTS Coordinator (Full Time) for enhancing the quality of our Premier IELTS Training Programs and to assist in our IELTS operations in Dhanmondi and Banani. We are looking for a talented IELTS expert whose professional expertise to date will include excellent IELTS teaching with some degree of academic coordination, training quality control, team management, and teacher training. The Ideal candidate for this role is expected to have developed the ability to design and deliver world-standard Independent IELTS Training Modules in Listening, Reading, Writing Visual, Writing Essay, and Speaking, both for the Academic and General Training Version.
  • Our Physical and Virtual Training Platforms and Service Delivery Infrastructure have been designed, built, and equipped to premium standards, thus providing instructors, staff members, and students with a world standard teaching, learning, and service delivery environment. We place a strong emphasis on training and service quality, and this is reflected in our approach to staff recruitment, development, training, and management.
  • In this key role, you will generally be required to teach 30 hours per week, scheduled or as cover, line-manage a team of Full-Time and Part-Time Trainers, and will additionally be expected to work for limited number of hours during evenings as well as weekends.

Job Responsibilities :
  • 1. Leading a Team of Full-Time and Part-Time IELTS Trainers
  • 2. Designing Annual IELTS Training Calendar and successful execution of Annual Training Plan
  • 3. Organizing “Training of Trainers” Session for Full-Time and Part-Time Trainers
  • 4. Conducting placement tests to determine the most suitable courses for students
  • 5. Planning, preparing, and delivering high quality IELTS training sessions taking into account individual learning styles and abilities
  • 6. Developing original course contents, study materials in both print and digital format
  • 7. Completing teaching related administrative tasks, including keeping registers, record of work done and marking exams
  • 8. Conducting and grading IELTS Practice exams
  • 9. Conducting and Invigilating IELTS Mock exams
  • 10. Engaging in professional skills development to ensure quality and high standards in service delivery, teaching and learning
  • 11. Conducting IELTS Live Sessions through Official Facebook and Youtube Channel
  • 12. Building enduring relationship with external stakeholders including the Test Owners
  • 13. Support IELTS marketing and promotional efforts
  • 14. Closely liaise with Marketing and Sales Team to organize effective online and offline promotional and value-added events
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Must have taken the Academic IELTS and have obtained a minimum overall score of 8.0, a minimum individual score of 8.0 in either Reading or Writing module, a minimum individual score of 8.5 in either Listening or Speaking module, a perfect 9.0 score in at least one of the four modules, and no less than 7.5 in any of the four modules
  • Skills Required: English (Language), language training, teaching and training, Training Module development Skill
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Academic coordination, English Language, IELTS Instructor, Training Center Management, Training Module development Skill
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, Training Institutes, University
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • At least 3 years’ experience as an Academic IELTS Instructor and Coordinator
  • High level of Leadership and Team Building Skills
  • Ability to build and sustain strong working relationships with external stakeholders
  • Must have taken the Academic IELTS and have obtained a minimum overall score of 8.0, a minimum individual score of 8.0 in either Reading or Writing module, a minimum individual score of 8.5 in either Listening or Speaking module, a perfect 9.0 score in at least one of the four modules, and no less than 7.5 in any of the four modules
  • Native level competency in English Language
  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
  • Exceptional understanding of English language grammatical analysis
  • Proficient in Technology-Centric Teaching and quick to adapt to new digital platforms
  • Ability to use the full range of features in Google Classroom and Zoom for Education
  • Aptitude for incorporating Gamification elements in IELTS Training
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to real IELTS Training
  • Firm Commitment to ensure Confidentiality for intellectual property developed by the company
  • Willingness to travel domestically
  • Positive attitude and the desire to help change futures
