Location: Savar (Next to EPZ)
- Assume responsibility for all environmental compliance activities for the group through audits, reporting, incident tracking and investigation.
- Responsible for environmental permits, reports, forms and surveys as required by regulation, policy and procedures, and submit them on a timely basis and in a professional manner.
- Periodically conduct safety, quality and environmental system compliance audits.
- Control and maintain the company audit and risk assessment schedule.
- Lead the development and delivery of EHS/QMS training programs and ensure personnel have received appropriate training and are assessed as competent to perform tasks.
- Responsible for continuous up-gradation of quality management systems (QMS) for better control and compliance.
- Ensure compilation of all KPI's and report to the management team on the performance of the quality management system.
- Support external certification activities and audits from notified bodies.
- Prepare and submit monthly management reports relating to company systems, compliance and incidents.
- Maintain the company library of compliance resources including standards.
- Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Educational Requirements :
- Masters/Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Environmental Science or Engineering or equivalent) preferred.
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- Age at most 45 years
- 5+ years experience in running independently ISO/QMS as a lead auditor in a multi-national manufacturing organization.
- Experience in facing all certification audits
- Rotogravure / Flexo, Offset printing experience will be an advantage.
