Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd., a subsidiary of Bashundhara Group, is looking for some competent candidates for the position of “Engineer – Operation, BOGCL” for its Bitumen Plant in Keranigonj.
- Receiving shift information from previous shift personnel properly and act accordingly.
- Working closely with Shift engineer, Lead operation controller and supervisor to monitor process parameter, observe Laboratory analysis & take proper steps to maintain process parameter within standard value.
- Take proper actions at the time of plant start up, shut down and emergency situation according to the standard operating procedure.
- Monitors plant performance and ensures plants and facilities are operating within equipment design operating limits, producing on-grade products and meeting performance targets.
- Assess equipment and control systems operation to determine performance degradation and need for maintenance and/or rectification. Take appropriate action to bypass, shutdown or implement alternative recommended operation of plant section or system when necessary.
- Handing over responsibilities to the next shift personnel.
Educational Requirements :
- The candidate should be B.Sc. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
