The ERP Executive (Implementation) is accountable for the end-to-end ERP implementation, development and end-user training across all platforms of ZXY International.
- Understand the business processes, ERP security protocols and help identify ways to streamline workflow and integrate into the system
- Monitor the creation of user entries and enable access to the ERP system as per role specifications
- Assign reporting access to each unique user based on organizational hierarchy and role specifications
- Assign department-wise module access permission to users based on role requirements
- Create and activate new joiner ID cards into the system in liaison with HR team
- Deactivate ID cards of all separated employees from last working date (LWD) in liaison with HR team
- Assign dashboard access based on role specifications and country office
- Monitor access permission to factory users in factory portal
- Configure approval hierarchy in MIS
- Ensure various reports and modules are up and running in all offices (i.e. India, China, Turkey, UAE) via regular monitoring
- Ensure daily employee attendance data extraction/transfer from device to the system is uploaded error free
- Assist in ensuring company MIS is in sync with the third-party attendance software
- Assist in collecting and archiving documents/invoices etc. related to tablet computers before handover for future reference
- Assist in carrying out maintenance and configuration of ZXY tablet(s)
- Assist in identifying and addressing program bugs in the system
- Assist in differentiating between system and user-end errors
- Maintain log file of issues and update regularly with resolution status
- Assist in testing new ERP developments before release within specified deadlines
- Train users on system/functional modules by visiting their work desks
- Train factory users on updating production data remotely
- Train users on new changes/improvements made to the system
- Gather and keep record of user feedback post-implementation
Educational Requirements :
- Graduate in Computer Science & Engineering/Management Information System
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- 3-5 years’ relevant work experience in ERP/MIS Implementation with a reputed organization
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages i.e., Node JS & React Native, and business processes
- Experience in operating Microsoft Power BI
- Having prior RMG industry experience will be an added advantage
- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
- Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
- Strong presentation and delivery skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
- Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
- IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
- Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
