- Effective communication with shippers / suppliers.
- Receiving customer complaints and forwarding the complaint to concern dept.
- Listening and understanding of customers complaint and have to provide suitable solutions to customers.
- To follow up after sales service related email and replying the email from shippers.
- Reporting day to day activities to the concern authority.
- To provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
Educational Requirements :
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements :

- Age 25 to 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Must in good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.).
- Must have to good communication skill on Bangla and English with proper accent.
- Good interpersonal, analytical skill, problem solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
- Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented.
