Job Responsibilities :
  • Preparing and Maintaining the company accounts, cash and bank transactions.
  • Preparing daily receipt and payment account and reporting to the management.
  • Preparing trial balance, profit & loss accounts, cash flow statement and with Tax & VAT management etc.
  • Maintaining all types of book keeping works for day to day work.
  • Prepare Voucher & Bill entry to the tally software.
  • Preparing cash book, bank book and various types of ledger account.
  • Maintaining the petty cash.
  • Preparing monthly salary sheet & overtime sheet.
  • Independent working ability to perform all the relevant authority.
  • Prepare financial statement monthly and yearly.
  • Any other task assigned by Management.
Educational Requirements :
  • M.Com/MBA (Major in Accounting)/ CACC will get more preferable.
Experience Requirements :
  • 3 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 25 to 33 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Be prepared to work under pressure.
  • Sound knowledge in tally Software will be an added advantage.
  • Must be expert in computer and internet.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Being open minded, approachable and helpful.
  • Must have good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Must have strong organization skills.
  • *Experience Requirements:
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts & Finance, VAT & Tax related work, Tally software fully performed (Company creation, chart of accounts preparation etc.)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing Companies, Food & Beverage, Group of Companies.
Compensation & Other Benefits :
  • Salary Review: Yearly
  • Festival Bonus: 2
  • As per company rules.
