Carry out Financial management, including financial planning, budget and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
Prepare all kinds of financial statements & reports that are related to day to day business operations.
Involve in formulation of various systems, policies, procedures, commensurate with the need of the company.
Budgeting, forecasting, costs & credit control through costs record, determining material costs, labor cost, factory overhead and work in progress, margin analysis, profitability analysis and management reporting on production and efficiency variances
Submit monthly business result with variance analysis.
Analyze various scenarios & risks and report to top management.
Look after the banking, export, import related documents and procedures.
Lead and coordinate successful completion and closing of external and any other compliance audit.
Focus on cost saving, efficiency programs, Product profitability and Investment Analysis.
Buyer wise Order Closing report.
Pre-Costing & Actual Cost variance analysis
Prepare daily/weekly and monthly report as per management requirement
Inventory Management
Verification all kinds of local & foreign purchase Export & other Bill
Educational Requirements :
BBA & MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Finance & Accounting
Experience Requirements :
At most 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Experience in Real Estate /Land/Plot selling Organization
